Michael A. F. Gumbert: HyperRealism

Exhibition Opening + Reception 

Saturday, April 12th - 4 pm to 7 pm 

Studio 391 is pleased to exhibit works by Bay Area artist Michael A.F. Gumbert. Raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, his mother was his first art instructor. Gumbert has been painting since 1980 and studied at Bucks County Community College, the Art Institute of Chicago and Accademia de Belli Arti in Italy. He has won numerous awards and competitions. His works have been featured in several art magazines. Gumbert was named American Artist Magazine Art Master's Award of Excellence in 1995.

New images by photographer Paul Kozal and new works by ceramic artist Karen Shapiro will also be on exhibit.

Each heart is lettered in red with your choice of background color - yellow, green, blue, pink or lavender. Each piece has two small holes on the back allowing you hang it on the wall or enjoy displayed on a flat surface. The ceramic hearts are $200 each (excludes sales tax and shipping).
