Cypress Village Gallery District Exhibiting At The Sea Ranch Lodge

The Cypress Village Gallery District is pleased to announce it will be featured in the Front Room Gallery at The Sea Ranch Lodge. Each month the Front Room Gallery (West Wall) will present on-going, monthly exhibits by various artists of Gualala's Cypress Village Gallery District which is comprised of Henley's Art & Interiors, Placewares+LyndonDesign, Spindrift Gallery and Studio 391.

The inaugural group exhibition includes a selection of paintings, photographs and mixed media works by Sea Ranch artists Craig Gilliland, Paul Kozal, Maynard Hale Lyndon, Kathleen Sandidge and Michael Wayman.
The Cypress Village Gallery District is one of the Sonoma-Mendocino Coast's best destinations for original fine art by established professional artists located under the clock tower at the corner of Highway One and Ocean Drive.

Introducing Carole Gray-Weihman

Studio 391 is pleased to introduce artist Carole Gray-Weihman to the gallery.

Carole Gray-Weihman is a devoted painter that paints in the Hawthorne-Hensche Tradition. She is considered by some to be of the ‘Color Visualist Movement’ and others the ‘New American Impressionist Movement’. Carol Gray-Weihman is frequently invited to participate in national and regional juried plein air events. She is also the co-founder of l’Atelier aux Couleurs Art Academy in Petaluma.

An exhibition featuring her plein air paintings is planned for Fall 2011.

Studio 391, Gualala, CA - Gallery artist Kim Kauffman of Synecdoche Studio visited Studio 391 Fine Art Gallery after the opening of her solo show "Illumitones'" at the Center for Photographic Arts in Carmel, CA which opened last weekend. The exhibit will be on view at CPA until May 28.
